Welcome to Stuffnearme (“we,” “us”), a free directory of events, activities, groups and places shared by the people who use it. By using stuffnearme.org you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use Stuffnearme

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.

What you post

• You keep ownership of what you post: text, photos and other details.
• By posting, you give us permission to show, store, resize and share that content on Stuffnearme so other people can find it. This permission ends when you delete the listing, except for copies kept briefly in backups.
• You promise that you have the right to post it. Only upload photos you took or have permission to use.
• Your listings must be accurate and follow our Content guidelines.

Moderation

Anyone can report a listing. We may hide or remove any listing, and suspend any account, that we believe breaks these terms or our guidelines, at our discretion and without notice. If you think we got it wrong, email support@stuffnearme.org.

Use the site at your own risk

Listings are posted by members of the public, not by us. We don't check them, and we can't promise they're accurate, safe, current or legal. Always confirm details with the organizer or venue, and use good judgment when meeting people or going to events. Stuffnearme is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stuffnearme and the people who run it aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at an event, activity, group or place you find through the site.

Optional support

Stuffnearme is free. In the future we may offer an optional paid supporter membership. Paying for it will never be required to use the site, and its terms will be shown before you buy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll note it on the site. Continuing to use Stuffnearme after an update means you accept the new terms.
